allhave a blessed Shabbat and that YHVH will be able to

Now, on to the portion!
Devarim/Debarim is the 1st portion in Deuteronomy
and means literally, "Words". This portion goes from Numbers 1:1-3:22.
This portion is just a part of Moshe's words concerning
Yisra'el's 40 years in the wilderness and all that happened there.
Deuteronomy is the last book of the Torah, and as we will see,
it is mostly teachings, instructions, and warnings that Moshe gives out to Yisra'el. But these words, these Devarim, were more than just that.
They included several prophecies, one of which was when
they would reject YHVH and disobey His commands and
how YHVH would take them out of the land and put them in captivity.
This prophecy is one that is still ongoing today.
We are still in the process of returning, of turning back to Him.
Deuteronomy 30:1-5
“And it shall be, when all these words come upon you, the blessing and
the curse which I have set before you, and you shall bring them back to
your heart among all the gentiles where YHVH your Elohim drives you,
2 And shall turn back to YHVH your Elohim and obey His voice,
according to all that I command you today, with all your heart
and with all your being, you and your children,
3 Then YHVH your Elohim shall turn back your captivity,
and shall have compassion on you, and He shall turn back and
gather you from all the peoples where YHVH your Elohim has scattered you.
4 “If any of you are driven out to the farthest parts under the heavens,
from there YHVH your Elohim does gather you, and from there He does take you.
5 “And YHVH your Elohim shall bring you to the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it. And He shall do good to you,
and increase you more than your fathers.
This vow, this covenant that YHVH made, was and is and will be forever. No matter where His people are, whether in Israel or Japan or America or Costa Rica or even a small island in the middle of nowhere. It doesn't matter where we are; YHVH promises to bless and take care of us if we love Him and obey His commandments with all our heart. It isn't something difficult either, remember?
Matthew 11:28-30
“Come to Me, all you who labour and are burdened, and I shall give you rest.
29 “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and humble in heart, and you shall find rest for your beings.
30 “For My yoke is gentle and My burden is light.”
Our Messiah Yahshua, the Word(Devarim) of YHVH, says that His yoke is gentle. What is His yoke? The Torah! He promises to bring
us to Him; all we have to do is follow Him.
Praise Yah!

Now, back to the portion. Let's look at the Hebrew word Devarim.
Devarim means words in English and it is said well over 2,000 times in Scripture. Devarim has the same root word as Bemidbar(Numbers).
Now, let's see if we can't find a deeper meaning
for this word in the Ancient Hebrew text:
Devarim(Debarim)
דברים
Meaning:
The tent's door is the head of chaos's works.
Wow! Who is the door? Yahshua! Now, when it says
He is the head of chaos, it doesn't mean that He is the one does the chaos.
As we know, the adversary, Satan, is the one who
is bringing chaos throughout the world, especially right now.
But could it be that Yahshua is the one that allows Him
to do it to certain people in certain places at certain times?
Could it be that Yahshua controls even Satan's will? Of course!
As we see in the book if Job, which by the way was written before Abraham's time, Satan had to ask permission to YHVH before He could do ANYTHING to Job! Without His permission, Satan cannot do anything.
He is absolutely powerless without YHVH granting it.
But why would YHVH allow such things to happen?
Because...
THE END IS NEAR! He must bring trials, tribulations, and punishment to the world. He must bring the whole world to it's very knees before He returns. He is loving, and He is merciful, but He is also the righteous Judge and the King of Kings. Without tests and trials, we cannot prove our faith in Him. One day though, and that day is coming soon, the ones that do pass the tests will be blessed beyond anything that can be given here on earth.
HalleluYAH!!
Now, this portion has all to do with Moshe's retelling of their 40 years in the wilderness. He wants to remind Yisra'el of their mistakes, not to make them feel guilty, but rather to make them understand to not do them again. He also shows them their battles with the other nations and how they won every time. He wants them to remember that YHVH has been and always will be in control of their lives. And guess what? He is the same way now. Nothing has changed and nothing will change. He is the same El, the same righteous judge, and His rules and instructions for our lives are EXACTLY the same. He cannot change or make void anything because He said so. He made a vow(promise) to us that:
Matthew 5:17-18
“Do not think that I came to destroy the Torah or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to complete.
18 “For truly, I say to you, till the heaven and the earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall by no means pass from the Torah till all be done.
Till that happens, that the heavens and earth pass away. He vows not to take not even the tiniest part of the Torah out. It isn't hard to understand, and it most certainly isn't hard to do, especially if we trust YHVH.
And that exactly it! We, as humanity, need to understand the love that He has for us. He wants to be our Father, He wants to hold our hand, but if we keep being hard-headed, He has to punish us because He is perfect and set-apart. Without His mercy, no one would be alive. Without His grace and favor, the earth would be destroyed. One day, He will come for His remnant and will destroy the rest of the world. Are we a part of that remnant? Hmm... Are we? I pray that we will all be ready. He is the righteous judge, but He is also a loving Elohim. If we follow Him guard(Shema) His instructions and guidelines for our lives, and keep Messiah's testimony, we will have ETERNAL LIFE with HIM!!!
Praise Yah!
I pray that this study will be a blessing to you and that one day we can be together, in unity, to share what we have learned.
Until next time...
Shalom!
