If I am not a Jew why should I keep Feasts?
From the beginning YHWH has established His appointed times

B'resheet (Genesis) 1:14
And YHWH Elohim said aw'mar Let there be lights ma'ore in the firmament raqiya' of the heaven shamayim to divide badal the day yom from the night layil and let them be for signs owth and for seasons moed and for days yom and years shana
YHWH declares that He created lights in the firmament of the heaven for Moed seasons or appointments.
Genesis 17:21 But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time (moed) in the next year.
Genesis 18:14 Is any thing too hard for the YHWH? At the time appointed I will return unto you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.
Genesis 21:2 For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
Exodus 9:5 And the YHWH appointed a set time, saying, Tomorrow YHWH shall do this thing in the land.
YHWH made Appointments which He invites and commands all souls to attend.
And YHWH spoke unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the appointments (feasts) of YHWH, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my appointments (feasts). Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the Sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the Sabbath of YHWH in all your dwellings. These are the feasts of YHWH, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their seasons. Leviticus 23:1-4
The first "set time" that is actually defined as a Day that is Set Apart (Holy or Sanctified to YHWH) is the seventh day Shabbat at creation when YHWH rested from all His works. The word "feasts" here are not events as prescribed by men, like anniversaries or birthday parties where souls "feast". These appointed times in the Scriptures are appointments made by YHWH, as Elohim Almighty Creator, who set forth the sun and moon as His timepieces.
Exodus 23:15 You shall keep the feast of unleavened bread: you shall eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it you came out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty handed.
Leviticus 23:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
15And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: 16Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto YHWH.
24Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
27Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH.
34Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the YHWH. 35On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.
36Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the YHWH: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.
42Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:
150 times the word moed is translated congregation
23 times the word moed is translated feast
13 times the word moed is translated season
12 times the word moed is translated appointed
12 times the word moed is translated time
4 times the word moed is translated assembly
These appointments were designed and given my the Master of the Universe long before Jews or the people of Israel existed. The Torah was transferred by Oral Tradition from Adam to Noah to Abraham and then given to Moshe to be written down for the Children of Israel as covenant. These appointments were made to benefit for all men and women and help us to intimately know YHWH and His Mashiyach, these are times we are to be available to learn of His Ways.
If our intention is to know YHWH, we must also know His will for our lives, we must also understand life itself that it is a temporary experience which offers us the opportunity to live in YHWH and His Mashiyach. There is no other greater purpose in life itself than to live in Mashiyach, and to be part Tsiyon, the Mountain of YHWH. YHWH made these appointments with His Creation in mind, these are appointments are our opportunities to draw close to Him. As we wait upon YHWH we are purged from ideas and values of Babylon which are not of YHWH. Our Father teaches us as any good Father does while preparing for special and designated time with his children. YHWH renews us, cleanses us and prepares us for the things that are coming, we see through a glass darkly until such time as He reveals Himself to us.
But what if You're not a Jew?
Read Leviticus 25:6-47, doesn't this include non-Jews?
Each place in Torah where it refers to stranger or sojourner it refers to those who were not born as Jews or Israelites, but these have chosen to join themselves to YHWH and His people, to be One people. Check out a Hebrew concordance you will quickly discover the 13 places in the Tenach were the word toshav (Strongs Concordance <8453>) is used. There are 83 places in the Tanak where the word ger <1616> is used. These terms are specifically denoting those who join themselves to Israel and become sons and daughters of Tsiyon. These are sojourners implying they are temporary residents, the Israel of Elohim and YHWH Himself refers to Himself as a sojourner with His people. The Moedim are some of the most powerful ways we can learn and teach our children about life and what it means.
The sons of Jacob, were chosen by YHWH to bring the knowledge of Torah and Mashiyach to the world, when Mashiyach returns, His feet will touch the Mt. Olives and He will set up His Kingdom here in Jerusalem at the appointed time. It's time to understand and keep His appointments, they are also vital for us to understand and experience as we watch and pray for His return. Each of the Feasts of YHWH are rehearsals, instruments in YHWH's hands to direct our lives, show us His will and for Him to reveal His Way. You are either Judah or Ephraim the two sticks. Those in Mashiyach have been born again into the covenant and Yahshua has made atonement for you.
Imagine living in the days of King David and receiving a royal dinner invitation for you and your family from the King. What would King David think if you replied with, "no thanks, we've rented some DVD's and don't have anything to wear". Most people would question the sanity of those would would choose to miss an opportunity to dine with the King, but far beyond that, who are you to disrespect the King? Of how much greater importance is it for us to make Appointments set by YHWH? Many people have thrown the Moedim (appointments) of YHWH into the garbage can in favor of traditional Christmas, Easter and Sunday appointments which were set by pagans!
Prophetically speaking, it's just plain dangerous to avoid the set times of YHWH. These are time stamped and authoritative days of momentous proportion especially for the last days. Though all around may lose their head, let's keep ours, let's study these things to show ourselves approved unto the Master.
The Shabbat is a Weekly Moed, it is a Sign between YHWH and His People.
We make Challah Bread every week for Shabbat Click here to know how
If one displaces the Shabbat with another day and calls another day his Shabbat, he has denied the authority of YHWH, His Mashiyach and the Word of YHWH. Yeshua Mashiyach observed the Seventh Day Shabbat, He did not "go to church on Sunday" or any other day of the week. Yeshua rested on Shabbat and we His people, are to be like Him. Religions have usurped authority from Yeshua and made their own laws. The prophet Daniel prophesied about an anti-Messiah who would change times and laws. Daniel 7:25 "And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws, and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time." Much more is said in Scripture about the Torahless one called the anti-Messiah or the adversary of YHWH.
Not only is the entire plan of Salvation illustrated in the Moedim, but through observing each set time one begins to live within the timetable of YHWH's Word. Our very life goals, identities, values and interests become tuned within a yearly plan, our vacations, family times and all other schedules are worked in with the Moedim. Disciples of Yeshua internalize the values and appointments of the Kingdom of Elohim within. The Moedim are for those who want to fully participate in the timetable of YHWH and His Mashiyach, but most are too busy in Babylon to even know the main reason why YHWH created the Sun, Moon and Stars.

but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. 1 Corinthians 5:8

Yom Teruah is the Feast of Trumpets
How the Day of Shouting Became Rosh Hashanah And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Matthew 24:30-31
"Because our Master, with a command and with the voice of the chief angel, and with the trumpet of Elohim: and the dead in Mashiyach shall rise up first. Then we who remain who are living will be caught up with them as one in the clouds, for the meeting of our Adon is in the air: and so shall we will ever be with our Adon. Therefore comfort one another with these words. Now concerning the times and the seasons, my brothers, you do not need me to write to you. For you already know perfectly well that the day of our Adon will come as a thief in the night. As they are saying, Peace and safety; sudden destruction will come upon them, as birth pains upon a pregnant woman; they will not escape. But you, my brothers, are not in darkness, so that day should not overtake you as a thief. For you are the sons of light, and sons of the day: And you are not sons of the night, nor sons of darkness. Therefore, let us not sleep as others, but let us be watchful and wise. For those who are asleep sleep in the night, and those who are drunk are drunken in the night. But we who are sons of the day, should be watchful in our mind and be clothed with the breastplate of faith and love; and put on the helmet, of the hope of life. Because Elohim has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtaining life by our Adon Yeshua HaMashiyach." 1 Thessalonians 4:16 - 5:9 (see also Revelations 1:10; 4:1; 8:13; 9:14)

Succoth is the Feast of Tabernacles
But when His brethren were gone up, then went He also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret. Then the Jews sought Him at the feast, and said, Where is He? And there was much murmuring among the people concerning Him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but He deceives the people. Howbeit no man spoke openly of Him for fear of the Jews.
Now about the midst of the feast Yeshua went up into the temple, and taught. And the Jews marveled, saying, How does this man know letters, having never learned? John 6:10-15
And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for he had a vow. And he came to Ephesus, and left them there: but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews. When they desired him to tarry longer time with them, he consented not; But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast coming up in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, Elohim willing. And he sailed from Ephesus. Acts 18:18-21
