Deu 21:18-21 “When a man has a wayward and rebellious son who is not listening to the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and who, when they have disciplined him, does not listen to them, then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city, to the gate of his city, and shall say to the elders of his city, ‘This son of ours is wayward and rebellious. Eze 33:17 "And the children of your people have said, ‘The way of יהוה is not fair.’ But it is their way which is not fair!
Eze 33:20 "And you have said, ‘The way of יהוה is not fair.’ O house of Yisra’ĕl, I shall judge every one of you according to his own ways."
We have a basic instruction on raising our children in Torah with the Shema Deut 6:5-9. Now we have Titus where we find instructions to train young men and women. Look at the words of Train, Serious, Sensible, Uncorrupness, Beyond Reproach, Having No Evil, Ect.
Tit 2:3-5 the older women likewise are to be set-apart in behaviour, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of what is good, in order for them to train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, blameless, workers at home, good, subject to their own husbands, in order that the word of Elohim is not evil spoken of.
Tit 2:6-8 the older men are to be sober, serious, sensible, sound in belief, in love, in endurance, Likewise urge the young men to be sensible. Show yourself to them an example of good works1 in all matters. In teaching show uncorruptness, seriousness, Footnote: 1Mt. 16:27. soundness of speech beyond reproach, in order that the opponent is put to shame, having no evil word to say about you.
We have instructions and they have a reason to be. Dad, Mom you are commanded to train up a child the way he should go, so, that when he is old do not depart from the ways of YHWH to the Derech (path). The Way Yahshua wanted us to follow Him on. Teach, Instruct , Impress.
Tit 2:11-14 For the saving Gift of Elohim has appeared to all men, instructing us to renounce wickedness and worldly lusts, and to live sensibly, righteously, and reverently in the present age, looking for the blessed expectation and esteemed appearance of the great Elohim and our Saviour יהושע Messiah, who gave Himself for us, to redeem us from all lawlessness1 and to cleanse for Himself a people, His own possession, ardent for good works.2 Footnotes: 1Lawlessness is a synonym for sin (1 John 3:4), Mt. 1:21, Acts 3:19 & 26, Acts 26:18, Rom. 6:1-22, Eph. 2:1-10, 1 John 3:8, Titus 3:5. 2Mt. 16:27.
